Our Teaching Team
Our school is proud to have a dedicated and experienced team of educators who are passionate about supporting students in their language learning and personal development. Our teachers bring many years of experience in Chinese language education and are committed to creating an engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
Many of our teachers hold recognised teaching licences and professional qualifications in education. Several members of our team have taught Chinese as a second language in universities and secondary schools, working with students from non-Chinese language backgrounds. Their professional experience allows them to understand the needs of diverse learners and to apply effective teaching strategies that help students build confidence and strong language skills.
Our teachers also have extensive experience preparing students for VCE Chinese examinations, and our students have consistently achieved excellent academic results. Through structured lessons, personalised guidance, and practical exam preparation strategies, we support students in reaching their full potential.
In addition to Chinese language education, our teaching team includes talented instructors in mathematics, art, music, drama, and sports. These enrichment programs provide students with opportunities to develop creativity, logical thinking, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Our curriculum also places strong emphasis on Chinese culture and traditional heritage. Through cultural studies, festivals, literature, calligraphy, and storytelling, students gain a deeper appreciation of the richness of Chinese civilisation and cultural values.
With a strong foundation in both language education and cultural learning, our teaching team is dedicated to inspiring students to connect with their heritage, broaden their perspectives, and develop skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Educational Philosophy
Culture and the arts constitute the spiritual homeland of a nation and serve as the intangible bond that sustains its continuity. They are forged into a nation’s cohesion, creativity, and vitality, representing the most enduring foundation for its survival and development. Arts education has the power to nurture, inspire, and profoundly influence an individual’s lifelong growth. Within the broader framework of humanistic education, school-based arts education is a fundamental pathway to aesthetic cultivation.
It is therefore my honour to devote myself to the noble profession of educating the human spirit. I remain committed to advancing equitable access to cultural and arts education for all, striving to enrich and strengthen holistic humanistic education. I hope to contribute to the flourishing of Chinese cultural and artistic educational ideals, allowing them to blossom with confidence and vibrancy within the diverse garden of global cultural development.
Belief and Commitment
To inherit and promote the excellence of Chinese humanistic arts, to carry forward the spirit of the Chinese nation, and to nurture society through the artistic achievements of human civilisation—this is both the sacred vision and life mission of a Chinese arts practitioner, and an essential responsibility and duty of school-based cultural and arts education.
